• 17C Reclassification Eligibility 

  • Servicemembers in the grade of E-4 and above will be considered during monthly 17C reclassification eligibility panels conducted throughout FY27. Applicants may submit packets at any time during the fiscal year. OCC will accept voluntary reclassification requests into MOS 17C throughout FY27 from Servicemembers who meet all prerequisites for reclassification. Reclassification requests will be processed on a continuous, monthly basis rather than through designated submission windows.
