"Protecting the health of our force is a top priority. We are taking proactive steps to ensure all components have up-to-date information and guidance as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to avoid contracting or spreading respiratory illnesses like the flu or COVID-19. Leaders are ordered to maximize telework (by workforce category) and social distancing. "


TMD Events:

Multiple TMD events have been affected based on health guidance related to social distancing and large gatherings to mitigate risk to readiness and relevance. Events that have guidance provided are listed in the following categories.
Canceled - These events will not occur as originally scheduled. Report any issues due to cancellation via Chain of Command.
Rescheduled - These events will not occur as originally planned, and the projected date is determined and listed.
Postponed - These events will not occur on the originally scheduled date. Intended dates for rescheduling are pending.
To Be Determined/Pending Decision (TBD) - These events have not been affected at this time, pending further guidance.

Based on prevention guidance from the CDC, TMD is suspending public access to these facilities.

  • Fort Wolters - Mineral Wells

TMD personnel must bring current military ID for access, as state and federal operations continue.
