The Texas Military Department (TMD) Office of State Administration (OSA) provides state-level administrative support to the Adjutant General and the Texas Military Forces.  OSA is TMD’s one-stop shop for state-level support in service of our Texas Army and Air National Guard as well as the Texas State Guard.
