About OSAOffice of State Administration (OSA)

The Texas Military Department (TMD) Office of State Administration (OSA) is a dedicated team of Texas State employees serving within the Texas Military Department. We provide essential administrative support to the Adjutant General and the Texas Military Forces—including the Texas Army National Guard, Texas Air National Guard, and Texas State Guard.

In addition to supporting our uniformed service members, OSA proudly serves the hundreds of TMD state employees across all of Texas. From policy guidance and personnel services to operational coordination, we help ensure that every corner of our statewide workforce is equipped, informed, and empowered to carry out the mission.
