Welcome to Joint Officer Management (JOM)

Overview: The Texas Military Department (TMD) establishes the Joint Officer Management (JOM) program to ensure all officers (ARNG and ANG) are educated, trained and experienced in joint matters to enhance joint capabilities of the united states.  This program grows and develops officers well-versed in joint matters for the purpose of supporting senior civilian leaders.
