Volunteers and Texas National Guardsmen with the 133rd Field Artillery Regiment provide supports as a part of emergency relief efforts to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey in Orange, Texas, Sept. 2, 2017. The Department of Defense is conducting Defense Support of Civil Authorities operations in response to the effects of Hurricane Harvey.
