State Job

The Texas Military Department (TMD) is an executive branch of the Texas Government and provides opportunities in various positions as a state employee. State employees carryout state administrative support functions in support of military operations. These positions offer opportunity for retirement and in most cased do not require military service or affiliation.

Tech

The Technician Program is a critical component of the Texas Military Department (TMD). TMD offers full time opportunities as military and non-military Technicians to provide day to day continuity in operations, administration and training. Military Technicians are required to maintain military membership with the National Guard to retain employment while Non-military Technicians are not required. With few exceptions, military technicians enjoy the same benefits, privileges and rights as other federal employees.

AGR

The Active Guard Reserve (AGR) program is a full time employment opportunity within TMD that requires full time military membership. The program was established by direction of Congress in 1979 with the purpose of improving readiness. Positions are available for both Officer and Enlisted members. TMD AGR members have the same pay allowances, benefits and privileges of active duty military personnel but fall under the control of the Texas Governor instead of the Department of the Army or Air Force Directly.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
