TMD Senior Leaders support TMD employees and service members in communicating concerns that impact strategic objectives as well as readiness and retention. The Texas Military Department offers a mechanism for its employees and service members to provide feedback to senior leaders. The Adjutant General encourages the use of this mechanism to communicate ideas, solutions, recommendations, and organizational feedback. 

NOTE: This mechanism is for currently serving military service members and employees only. 

This communication mechanism is not intended to replace existing chain of command reporting mechanisms, communication with the Office of the Inspector General, or installation feedback submitted through ICE.
