TAD-C MTT Request For Support Form - Texas Military Department

Your training dates must be requested 45 days in advance and end on a Tuesday to test Wednesday if you choose Ft. Cavazos as a testing site. Students will work through weekends.

Requirements for outside a 50 mile radius of TAD-C instructor
- 10 students minimum, 5 of which must be WOCS and/or OCS applicants preparing to attend class within the year
- Private classroom area with minimal noise/distractions
- White board, markers and internet connectivity
- Food and lodging
- On ground unit coordinator/liaison
