                                        Mr. Brown received his Army commission as an armor officer from Texas A&M University in May 1980                           Col. Reid enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in March 1987. After serving eight years as an enlisted member
                                        and immediately joined the Texas Army National Guard. He served in a variety of command and staff                          and obtaining the rank of technical sergeant, he commissioned as a second lieutenant through the Air
                                        assignments within Texas, culminating as the Commanding General of the 36th Infantry Division. After                       Force Reserve Command in February 1995, where he served as an aircraft maintenance officer in the
                                        Division Command, Mr. Brown was selected to serve as the Deputy Commanding General, Operations                             507th Air Refueling Wing at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. Col. Reid has held various positions from differing
