149th Fighter Wing Public Affairs
AUSTIN, Texas – A ceremony was held at
Camp Mabry on Jan. 22, 2017, to honor the
accomplishments of the Air National Guards
top Airmen of 2016. The Airmen of the Year
award is presented to an Air Guardsmen who
displays military leadership, community in-
volvement and personal development.

Fighter Wing’s 273rd Information Operations Members of the Texas Air National Guard recognize Chief Mas-
ter Sgt. Christopher P. Castle, 136th Airlift Wing command chief,
Squadron, recieved one of the top honors. Naval Air Station-Fort Worth, Texas (left) and Chief Master Sgt.
