USO Center Director for Fort Hood, Isabel Hubbard
explained that the USO focuses on this event as
way to show young women that the organization
not only supports military members but their fam-
ilies as well.
“There is so much focus on what the USO provides
to service members we want to show that we are
here for these young military daughters,” said
Hubbard. “That’s My Dress is a great way to show
this connection and we couldn’t do it without the
donations we receive from Sherri Hill.”

has donated over $4 million in merchandise to
support the event.
Along with the gowns and accessories Hubbard also
highlighted the support offered by Family Support
Services as instrumental in bringing the event to
Austin.
“They coordinated the use of Camp Mabry and
helped setup and tear down everything,” Said
Hubbard. “Without their help we would never have
made it to Austin.” -D
